Overall, despite 4 managers in 2-years, Goodwin has remained an okay company that manages the property I own in. However, our current property manager, George Locus, has tanked my opinion of the company. I co-own a unit with my husband and we have had an on-going plumbing issue. George has refused to communicate with me. He will not respond to my communication and lied that he brought my issue to the board (they had no idea when I asked them personally about my issue). the worst and expensive
Hello, I am sending this message, because I can’t seem to get any responses back or correspondence from Goodwin & company property manager, supervisor, or anyone who can address our issue. I just purchased a condo just about two months ago on chaha rd, in Garland texas. We just discovered some issues with the unit that wasn’t brought to our attention, and overlooked during the inspection process when we were changing out some light switch plates. They are hard to get a hold, and take forever to respond to you. Not consistent with the HOA rules...I was told I could not have a shed professional built on my property, however there are several in the neighborhood. Takes 30+ days to get a response to any request.
Goodwin in Austin is incredibly rude, lazy, threatening, liars, and wrongfully selective on whom they need to send complaints. They have employees that attentionally wear political items in the office to try to insult you. People pay a yearly fee for services but they only provide them to certain individuals in the subdivision. The staff try to play people for idiots lying to them. The staff then retaliate and harass you afterwards to the point you have to take legal action. Not a company to employ!!!!
