I get it that they have a job to do and while I can appreciate the layout and ease of access their website has to pay and keep up with info and charges, they simply are a poor company. They provide little to no communication, often post things that are inaccurate and are unwilling to work with you. I pointed out and had proof that several "late notices" or "Intent to Lien" letters were never sent or were sent and the posted date on the letters and fees are off by week or months and they never responded.
