I recently visited a neighboring business within the industrial park. I saw an open UNMARKED parking spot, and in turn parked in it (see photo of spot). None of the spots are marked and the landlord prohibits reserved parking. I went into my meet which lasted a little over an hour. When I returned to my truck, The owner of GAM proceeded to verbally attack me for parking in "his" parking spot.
