I was not happy with the level of service provided. Thermostat and wire had a price mark up of $190, if I were to purchase exact same thermostat and wire at lowes I would pay $70. I was charged a second service charge after the job was not completed the first day, he left at noon. After the second day the job was finished... sort of. The thermostat wire had been run through the dryer vent so I had to have it rerouted into the attic.
