I am an avid thrift store shopper and the North Platte Goodwill is the best I have shopped in! The store is clean, bright, and very organized. Trace, the new manager, and Rebecca were kind, friendly and helpful from the start to end of my good experience! I will go in every time I am passing through North Platte😃
This place is an absolute joke. You find name brand items in poor condition priced at 20 to 30 bucks. Oh and if it has the tag on it they hike the price even more. Goodwill is not at all about the what they claim to represent. I refuse to spend my money here and refuse to donate to this establishment. Go to New Opportunity Thrift Store on front street. They have good options and kind staff.
I took about $20,000 worth of electronics to donate. The male employee that assisted me was quite rude. From now on I will just take the stuff to the dump.
Oh they are also getting rid of plastic bags so bring your own reusable bags. Umm I was told the 2026 preferred customer card is going to cost 20-25 dollars …😒 Items were decently priced for NWT items. Employees were super nice and helpful.
