We liked the initial realtor, Will and the stager, Stephanie. The photographer did a nice job. But, when we started getting offers and had a contract, there was one part of the Z Team, Dustin, that was unprofessional. It also turns out he's the office manager, so there was no way, unfortunately, to avoid him being part of any of the transactions. Saul and his team are the best I have worked with. Of a 900 agent national network there were about 30 really amazing brokers. Not to take anything away from the others, but Saul was the best. He earned that praise by constantly being "on it" whenever my asset managers needed him to be. If I needed photos, his team had them uploaded within an hour. I had 121 of our 450 Chicago area properties assigned to Saul's team in the hey-day of REO inventory that was 2010-2011.
