Aside from being the main person that answers all the phone calls, Chelsea she sometimes seem to have her panties in a bunch and comes of snotty, I've used this company twice and the second time was my least favorite, seemed to be newer crew perhaps and so they weren't too professional....I felt like something was a bit off from the beginning and long story short, this was in April 2025 and then August 2025 comes and there's was a leak again in the same exact area they supposedly fixed! You know the quality of a business when things don't go exactly right. This company stood behind its work and made sure the job was done right even though I had the leak from hell and it was extremely difficult to pinpoint and fix. They fixed it, even though it took 2 additional trips to my house to figure out where ALL the leaks were coming from. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

Called business to see if they were open. Spoke with the owner, Chelsie. She was very rude and didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. Not a good first impression.

I can't recommend Albert and Goodwill Plumbing enough! Every time I need plumbing work done, Albert is incredibly responsive--he gets back to me quickly and always schedules the service without delay. He arrives on time, and his communication is excellent from start to finish. Throughout the job, he keeps me informed about what's happening and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
