Was in desperate need of a suitcase to travel back to the US. I found a perfectly good Samsonite that would fit my needs as well as a few other trinkets. The store was clean and organized and the young adults working the floor and checker were professional and respectful. 10 out of 10 experience.

Goodwill used to be a place where you could find reasonably priced items, staying true to its mission of helping communities. Unfortunately, it seems they have followed the path of Value Village with skyrocketing prices. Items that were once affordable are now marked up by at least 40%, making it feel like a for-profit business disguised as a nonprofit organization.
