Today in the 70th street, employees refused to sale me 2 pair of Coach shoes at during check, stating the were suppose to be sold online.Although they were on the rack with other shoes. Piss poor customer service at a piss poor store..What a disgrace.
Pines road store is ridiculous. Weighing glass? REALLY? If its not bought, its just THROWN in the. garbage!!! I would never donate to Goodwill. If you're going to throw it away, you could at least sell it for a cheap enough price for someone to buy if they need it...REALLY? SHAMEFUL!!!
Aside from somewhat by color, there isn't much of an organization system in the women's clothes, but I found some seriously awesome deals! Made it an overall pleasant experience.
I appreciate the customer service. I think Charles should be recognized for his 12 years of service to Goodwill Industries. He is always friendly and courteous.
The Goodwill on Pines Rd. in Shreveport is a JOKE!!! I spent an hour digging through HUGE bins with broken glass in them for a bag full of little toys and they want $12???? They didn't charge that much when everything was individually priced!! I will NEVER go in there again!!!I used to shop in there all the time before you decided to start ripping people off!!! Now most of the crap you sell is broken and the rest is over priced! If that is how all of you stores are now, I won't be shopping at ANY Goodwill store again!!!
