Goodwill not only helps the community, the people who work there, also those who shop there. I have always shopped with Goodwill and for awhile worked there. I support Goodwill and it’s programs.
I dnt usually shop at goodwill but I was killing time so I stopped and got my daughter a game. They charged me for other things because the lady didn't remove other item off her register before ringing up the game. Now I'm getting a major run around trying to get my money back. manager is so very rude. the lady admitted it was her fault but they still havent giving me my money back. Do not I repeat do not shop at the goodwill in west monroe La.

Outrageous prices for donated goods and poor service. It's a scam. I no longer donate to Goodwill. It's all 'for profit' and very little help to the community.
