I want my damn credit Southern Plaza East Street. I could of had some nice things at the Goodwill in Greenwood but they couldn't see the balance to the damn card you gave me, also your store looks like the City's dumper compared to Greenwood and Emerson where I wanted to shop.

Just returned two clothing items to Goodwill that I paid for with my card. They only would give me the money back on a gift card. I don’t shop there often so now I have to go back and spend the money. Mind you there are no dressing rooms at any of the locations that I went to today. It is just frustrating.

Greedy. They don’t put any good items in the store, instead try to sell the items online and even then charge so much they don’t sell

I I could give 0 stars I would . My son and I went to Goodwill yesterday and instead of rounding the change because they said they had no pennies they basically stole 13 cents from us. I know 13 cents isn't much but count how many customers they get a day a little change here and there adds up that they are stealing from struggling customers. I won't be shopping from the billion dollar company that is stealing. No reason they couldn't give me a nickel back or my son a dime back.. the 2 cent difference would not have bankrupt... read more
