Goodwill is such a joke. I honestly can't believe they are in business. The prices on things especially the online auctions is ridiculous. Shame on Goodwill. They are greedy, rude and don't care about the customer. Will someone with integrity please start a new business like Goodwill so they can put them out of business. GREEDWILL! This is the GREEDIEST CORPORATION OUT THERE! No one knows how to take advantage of the poor quite like goodwill! They get everything for FREE and mark it up so no one disadvantaged can afford it anymore and then have the audacity to ask you to round up when you’re checking out. Growing up it was always reinforced to me to give to others, and Goodwill was one of those charities that was respected in our community that gave back to underprivileged, provided educational and employment teaching opportunities, and gave back more than they received. Thus, the 2 stars- otherwise it would be 1 star. Unbeknownst to me, Goodwill is now a franchise opportunity.
