Not a great place! Donated some things new found it all thrown in the dumpster. Bags of clothes and books.. Another time I Overheard a manager tell staff just throw away the bags and books because they have too many. Could be donated to those in need. Brand new books! Also heard them saying if they don't make enough profit off something just to toss it. Could price it cheaper and sell it but rather make money and throw away than help those in need! Disgusting! Always a treasure hunt...
Went into the goodwill. Greeted and told yellow tags were 1/2 off. Looked around, saw almost no half price tags. Saw a bin covered with a big sheet. It was full of yellow tagged items. Bad show goodwill. Never liked goodwill much anyway. Just saying…
This was my first and absolute last time I will ever visit this Goodwill in Johnstown,Oh on 5/27/26 (approx 4ish) . The pleasantly plump cashier greeted me telling me green tags were 50% off that day. I thanked her. I began to look at the clothing and noticed there were different color tags on the items.
