An excellent organization that helps many people in our community. Donating to Goodwill, or shopping at Goodwill, helps create local jobs. The money is used locally, which to me is extremely important.
Great prices, Getting better every-day. The store mgr Patrick is always coming up with new n great ideas... He has made such great improvements during the yr that I have worked there.. Looking forward to see what he comes up with next.

Staff is uaually always friendly. I have been shopping here for at least 12 years. They do an awesome job with keeping things organized and clean.
Stop by the West Erie Store and say hello to our managers April and Mike. I have been in retail for 47 years. After 20 years at my previous job some departments were eliminated, including mine. But 17 months later I was hired by Goodwill, after participating in one of their programs for a year. It's true when they say their mission is "to make people self sufficient through work". I did it. I believe customer service is a dying art. That's my specialty. It's not just a job here. With April and Mike, it's a fun job.
