My family ordered delivery from Goodway for the first time yesterday on recommendation from a friend. There are not enough good things that I can say. The food was devine. My wife said the woman she spoke with on the phone was "so wonderful". Goodway's customer service was ABOVE five star! You have new customers and we will be recommending you to everyone we know!!! Have to tell you that this is not only one of the most genuine and lovely group of people, their baked goods are amazing! I placed an order on line, trying them for the first time; to gift our Emergency Management First Responders as a Thank You for what they do on a daily basis to keep us safe, while risking their lives. Put an order in via messenger, quick response and the option for an emailed invoice for easy PayPal. Picked up and a really nice woman (Danielle) answered a few questions I had thought of and we chit chat for a few minutes. Drove home (I did have to option for delivery to Schenectady but it was a nice drive) unpacked... immediately ate the chocolate rum cake. OMG amazing! I can't wait to try the others!
Wow! So I’m officially impressed. During these rough times, I found myself with a sweet tooth and a hard time finding a place that will deliver. Then I found these guys.
