My GOD, this is the most fun I've had all year. I was laughing, dancing, jumping, screaming, hootin and hollerin the entire time. Just so much fun. Once you get past your fears (which is super quick) youll be throwing yourself all over the room. I can't wait to come back with friends. Amazing instructor, amazing music choices, black light fun! You have to try this. You will not be sorry! PS- don't kid yourself, it is a full body workout and you will be SORE the next day!
