Great team, kind dr., and nice building/office
The staff here are very nice and take good care of Patience whenever I bring her in. They are also very attentive and ready to answer any questions I may have.
Update: I’d like to add that the owner of the clinic called me and showed a lot of compassion. She checked on my baby and explained the circumstances that led to my experience. Given the nature of the call, I believe my experience was probably atypical and that they probably care more about the pets than I was led to believe. I’m absolutely appalled at this vets office. Recently moved to Dallas from out of state. My dog’s first exam & updated vaccines with Dr. Medina and Jocelyn made me confident we’d picked the right clinic. The love and enthusiasm they showed him was unmatched. They spoke to him like he was their own and gave him lots of attention, all while giving his shots quickly and making sure he knew it was okay. Awesome clinic and honestly a bummer that he doesn’t need Vet visits often solely because I can’t wait to go back haha
