Really amazing how badly they fumbled me as a client, much less as a human being. They trick you into their "wellness plan" which is basically just your yearly spend spread out into semi-equal payments. Most of it is not needed, you could just pay for it as you go and is simply an avenue for them to siphon money out of you.
