My cats saw Dr. Hawkins for the first time today, and we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Hawkins helped me create a clear diet plan for one cat and gave me practical guidance on calorie counting and healthy weight loss. She also cleaned my other cat’s ears and, for the first time, showed me exactly how to care for them at home. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in caring for both of my cats. We look forward to seeing Dr. Hawkins again, she is fantastic!

GoodVets was a life saver today. My baby DaVash (honey in English) eyes were really swollen after lunch with a light discharge. I called in mid afternoon and although they were booked they were able to squeeze her in with a 5:30 pm appointment. They were very gentle with my baby. She was in very good hands and they even gave my daughters chips although they couldn’t eat them because they weren’t kosher. The thought and gesture was genuinely appreciated. My baby DaVash still won’t let anyone cut her nails they were patient.

I was going to bring my cat but he passed away shortly after I had scheduled the appointment. I even called them letting them know. I had signed up for the total care plan and never used it but they will not cancel and refund me for it. Instead, they had the nerve to call me to ask why I hadn’t brought my cat in. I’ve been emailing and calling but no one is doing anything or responding. It’s a racket.
