I am very choosy on Vets and Kait is absolutely wonderful! I'm a data girly and she answered all my questions. ——- Updating after being customer for over a year. Plans are all changed (don’t cover as much), new vet each time so there is a lot of turnover (great experiences so far just not consistent), not as much attention to detail (creamer had gone bad), and finally sudden surge in visit cost (now almost $100 just for the appointment). Not bad but does not have the edge that initially made me choose them.

We loved it! We live up the street and our fur baby was having a soft poo weekend special and these guys saved us day of as we were going out of town the next day! The place was clean and smelled amazing! Everyone that helped us was professional, kind and gave Quincy lots of cuddles. We booked the appt day of which is the best part!

They are nice but the parking sucks, they don’t do cash and overly priced a visit $95 other places is cheaper trimmed nails $32 which they weren’t all trimmed that crazy it’s normally $15 , also got talked into doing tests that I already told the vet knowing nothing will changed so did it paid even more just for them to tell me what I said before the test was done
