Super nice people but they don't take walk-ins. So I googled walk-in vet clinic. I went here and they're like nope. ✌️ Kind of surprised they sent me away with my dogs and they can't help me today. I just wanted to give them a urine sample cuz I think my dog has a UTI but they said you have to, schedule an appointment and come in for a first-time visit yada yada. I'm not going to say they lost to customer but, I mean I'm going to go somewhere else right now.
Dr. Albert answered my questions and understood my pups issue. Provided thorough care and helpful ways to mitigate future occurrences of ear infections. Dr seemed to truly care about my pup.
My cat is very skiddish and tends to only like me at home she was scared in the office and everyone was so sweet with her! Got what we needed done and my cat seems very happy and not stressed out! Only hiccup was I got another clients prescription texts/messages on their sight wich they apologized for. Amazing pro, pricing is up front, they will show you the breakdown before they do it. I come from a farm we have topical anti tick and flee spray and cream and meds, the doctor offered to give them I could opt out many clinics... read more
