I had such a wonderful new patient experience with both of my cats today. The entire staff was so lovely, they really made my cats and I feel comfortable. Dr. Benjamin Chamberlin was extremely knowledgeable and helped me come up with a solid treatment plan for my eldest cat. 10/10 if you’re looking for a new vet in the Plaza Midwood area go here!!
The sweetest and most kind people work here, it was a hard week for me when I put my pet down and they were so understanding. They were there for me every step of the way, you could tell they really cared. Thank you good vets!
Rebel went to the vet for the third time, and she seemed a bit timid and anxious. Their exceptional level of understanding and care towards her was truly wonderful.
I brought my dog here for routine vaccines and had a very disappointing experience. She has never had behavioral issues at other vets, but here they were unable to give her vaccines during the first visit. I was prescribed pre-meds and told to come back. After giving the medication, my dog peed the bed overnight which something that has never happened before. I was told it was a normal dose, so maybe she is just sensitive to it.
