We had been taking our dogs here for 2 years, since we moved to Charlotte. They were 4 year old dogs with all the vaccinations and yet this vet still managed to get so much money from us, for work that was highly questionable in terms of it being necessary in the first place. So many tests and medications that didn't really seems to have any purpose beyond a money grab and to make us feel like derelict pet parents. I loved this practice and followed Dr. Higgins from Banfield to here. But this summer our Mastiff had a 3 day stay at the ER and almost died - whether it was due a procedure at this practice or not remains unclear but the apathy at this practice after signing up as one of their plan members was jarring. I regret getting a 125/month plan at this location as they will not allow one to cancel it if dissatisfied with service/care. I wish I’d read some of the more recent 1 star reviews on here about the company and administration... read more
