Working with GoodVets has been a terrible experience. They prescribed my puppy food for his bad belly they told me to give him prescription food. The prescription they gave me was not enough food so I called them again and asked for another bag. They prescribed me a bag of food from a different brand so I requested a new food that was the same brand they initially approved and they approved it. It made my dog sick and they did not help me at all
I brought my kitten to Good Vets a year ago for the initial shots and exam and for his neutering. I was satisfied with services plus the facility is clean and cute and close to home. That’s mostly why I chose it. Then we had a hiccup when 1 vet and 2 techs pinned my cat down for a nail clipping for at least 10 minutes, causing him unnecessary anguish and trauma.
