I had an incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience with GoodVets Naperville. I brought my puppy in for her very first vet appointment, and the “exam” lasted no more than 30 seconds. She wasn’t even weighed — which is the bare minimum for a puppy visit. It felt rushed, careless, and completely lacking in basic standards of care. The most concerning part came afterward.
