Very satisfied with the service overall. Meds were available onsite, affordable price and the vet and staff were very kind, professional and very soothing to my dog. The treatment was effective and immediate. They are now my dog's lifetime vet.
I have tried patiently to resolve my concerns over email with the practice but they will not respond. I tried to respond to their automated customer survey and it would not allow me to submit my response. I wrote to their corporate team and no one responded. My hope was that they might internalize the feedback, resolve the issues and demonstrate that they were in fact better than my initial negative impressions, but instead the experience just got worse as I tried to resolve it with them directly. Dr. Edmonson and staff were so nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. The design of the clinic is so beautiful, feels like I'm taking my pet to a spa.
I had to take my dog into see Dr. Edmondson for his rabies shot and to check some masses on his elbow and shoulder. She is so knowledgeable in the health of Chinese Shar Peis she also listens to the owners when explaining concerns. I think she’s wonderful and definitely i would suggest her to any other Shar pei owner or any other breed. I live 2 hours away but i will always make that trip.
