Another great visit to GoodVets Myers Park. Staff was friendly, caring and efficient. We were in and out very quickly. The vet tech listed to my concerns, captured my questions and gave loving care to our kitty. It was annual vaccine day but our kitty didn't seem to mind. Dr. Stanley answered my questions and made sure I understood next steps for our kitty's care plan. She is professional, caring and extremely good with pets. I highly recommend GoodVets if you live in the Myers Park/Eastover area.
We have a neighborhood feral cat who is clearly sick with a respiratory infection but has only been coming around our house in the evenings when every non emergency vet is closed. After several days of looking out for him during business hours, I finally managed to snag him this afternoon. I called around to area vet clinics to get an appointment ASAP (little buddy was not happy being trapped in the carrier), and GoodVets came through. This is now the second time I've been there where they've forgotten something. Forgot to give me my cats meds upon leaving and they can't just simply transfer her prescription over to a different GoodVets that's closer to me which makes absolutely zero sense. The other time I had to bring my cat in two different times because they didn't do something they could've and should have done to have a one and done visit. We brought our australian labradoodle, Banks to GoodVets after a year of a puppy plan at another clinic. The space is lovely, clean and calming. There are no weird smells and the staff are immediately friendly and welcoming. The techs and Dr. Stanley were amazing with Banks and we could tell they cared about his wellbeing! I went to good vets on Myers’s park for an estimate on an extraction for my dog’s canine tooth, rabies vaccine and nail clipping. They seemed unknowledgeable during the nail clipping and made my dog bleed continuously. They also didn’t put the vets license number on the vaccine paperwork which would make it invalid. When I asked about it they said that it was because her license number hadn’t gone through in the system. When they gave me the estimate they had made a typo that made the estimate 21,000.
