I think the service and everyone working is very nice, but I feel like I’m getting a little ripped off right now. I took my cat in 5 months ago for the first time, to treat an ear infection. Made account for him with all of his records. A few months later I got a notification that it was time for him to get his vaccines again. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with our first visit. Everyone was so kind and professional Our dog fell in love with our vet tech and I believe the feeling was mutual
Not good. Several staff errors, my name and dog's name completely wrong, and additional errors when sitting up my profile as a new patient. Staff, not too friendly, wasn't apologetic of their error. The Dr didn't actually examine my dog. In a word, I was very disappointed, to the point of tears, lack of passion and empathy!
