I like good vets and everyone on staff is very pleasant and helpful. And very gentle with my cats. Just a little overpriced!
The vets here have always been awesome. Really make sure I understand what’s going on with my cat, really check up on him, etc. I’ve never had any issues. Only complaint would be that the new monthly plans are not very economical- it was basically cheaper to get the cheapest plan and add bloodwork than the senior plan. And a lot of the benefits for the highest plan didn’t apply for our situation. I just hope corporate doesn’t push this practice too hard for extra profit because I like the quality as it is now. Update: This pains me to say because the people there are truly outstanding (even the owner of the location) Sadly the corporate side of the goodvets brand has forced me to have to find a new vet. They got rid of any sort of pay by the month annual plan, unless you go through a third party company that manages “installment” plans. I don’t want to have to give over serious personal information to another company just to be able to pay by the month for a plan like before.
