Honestly very underwhelmed with the care my dog received here. After waiting almost 30 minutes to be seen by the vet, she took maybe three minutes for the exam and did not even check my dog's hind legs. My dog has had two TPLO surgery (doggy ACL replacements), so it is very important to me to know they are still going strong. They were also going to charge me over $100 for a heartworm test which is way too expensive.
My cat was sick and they were able to get him in the same day. He was treated and the team cared for him so well. They also called the next day to check in on him!💓
I was so impressed. They were so very on top of things. I really had no waiting either, in the waiting room or in the exam room. Very nice and understanding staff also. I was surprised to see my old, grumpy cat behave so calmly with them also. Even with the tests they ran, and overall check up, I was in and out within an hour. It wasn't a whole afternoon ordeal. Thank you for the quick, pleasant experience.
