Previously I gave this vet office a 5 star review but after bringing my cat in for her last visit with them I must now pull back my review and give an accurate one. If u are dealing with a cat with medicine dosed by weight on a scale of pounds, when asked what her weight is dont guestimate and say 3 pounds UP from last week when in fact she was down. I dont think the medical field is a guestimate appropriate area and dont appreciate having my time wasted with bad vet techs with bad information. I would recommend a different ... read more
I appreciate that I can make an appointment immediately. Dr.Lisano and the care team took great care of my Lucy girl and are very informed on my cats care plan and next steps in the future. And the senior total care plan comes in handy I saved lots of money and was able to get the needed care for my cat at a good price.Thank you!!
They do such a great job! My sweet kitty has anal gland issue and they really take the time to make sure she is all cleared out at our appointments. I can’t say the same for other vets in the past. They live up to the name GoodVets, except I’d go a step further to call them BESTVets. Update: I just joined the Total Care Plan and love it!!! If you’re someone who is on a fixed budget but want to do the most for your pets health, this is the way to go.
