Staff were courteous and explained everything clearly
I've been taking Segal to GoodVets, in Evanston when they had just opened up for business. I love the convenience of this location and the environment is appealing to him helping him feel more comfortable with curiosity of exploring the area and the staff are very professional in making Segal feeling relaxed and comfortable from the moment we enter the front door to being met by their Vet Tech and the veterinarian doctor during the examination.
