I'll tell you what they are not sympathetic about their prices. I told the tech that I didn't have the money for the blood work they wanted to do and she said she would go talk to Dr Ciraola about it. she went off, i could hear discussion in the other room, and she came back in and didn't say anything. A wellness appointment (date and time already selected) was fully scheduled for my dog without any communication with me beforehand. I had to euthanize my dog due to aggressive Lymphoma in October. Needless to say, getting a random email from her veterinary office with a large banner that read "Piper is Booked!" was incredibly upsetting. Wellness plans covered the visit for my puppy and a lot of what’s to come. Also like I can visit anytime and not pay the exam fee. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
