I left work early to take my dog in for a new patient appointment that I had scheduled earlier in the week. Turns out they were closed for the day but did not send out a notice (yes I checked spam). Huge waste of time. Proof of appointment and closure attached.
Dr Brooke and her whole team are amazing at what they do. They go above and beyond for their furry patients here, and that’s why I’ll always be coming back. I took my puppy in because she ate something she wasn’t supposed to, and they made sure to monitor her as if she was their own! Dr Brooke even called me to give me updates and suggestions on what the next best steps would be. She is so knowledgeable and personable and always super transparent with pricing and recommendations. If I could give 0 stars to Taija, Ruth, and Rachelle SPECIFICALLY, I would. I ran in, VISIBLY DISTRESSED, because my dog had broken a glass and possibly eaten it as his blood was all over the broken shards. I also brought those in for them look at- they wouldn’t. They said they would not even LOOK at him because “they’re about to close”. Would not even check his paws or wanted to lay their eyes on him. Love the staff We took our pup in for a infection on her hip they clean it up and gave her antibiotics. About a week into the healing process it look like the infection was going back. Did a quick check with the vet to see what the next step was told she need. $3500 surgery. We could not afford that so we debating putting our dog down which broke our heart to do. Dr Brooke saw my dog on short notice for a broken nail. She, Rochelle, and the whole crew were wonderful and caring, and got the nail addressed quickly. My nervous dog loved them. Convenient, beautiful office. We’ll be back!
