I just want a copy of my dog’s shot records. Why is this such a difficult task? I’ve sent about 3-4 emails re: a copy emailed to me of my dog’s shot records. I received one vague reply that wasn’t helpful at all. No reply to any other emails. This has been going on since the end of June/early July. I recently moved and need an updated shot record to provide to the property manager and the app doesn’t have the option to email it (if it does, please let me know). Had a great experience bringing in my dog to treat an ear infection at the urgent care! We were first time patients and able to get a same day appointment and got seen quickly. They were great and patient with my pup who’s a bit nervous at the vet. They also had a discount for first visit!
Everyone is always so very friendly and helpful!
Dr. Null and the entire team were wonderful. They were kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. Our Boston Terrier, Bella, was calm and relaxed the entire time, which says a lot about the compassionate care they provide. We’re truly grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
