They scheduled us in for an earlier appointment, and when we arrived even earlier, they were kind enough to take us right in. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. Great experience.
PROS: New, clean facility; courteous front desk staff; same-day appointments are often available; convenient online scheduling. CONS: My concern is with the clinical communication during my visit. I expect veterinary professionals to make recommendations and explain the rationale. Once a client has heard and understood the recommendation and makes a decision, that decision should be accepted professionally and respectfully. That was not my experience. Very nice to me and my lil1
I was in duress when I found out my cat Bernie had a urinary block and come to find out. He was a pretty critical emergency that we needed to get him to the emergency room but the clinic here were nothing but amazing support and gave me everything I could need and gave me all the possible guidance and reassurance to make sure that my Bernie Boy got the care he needed and deserved. I would never go anywhere else besides this place
