If I could give them a minus rating I would. I brought my vintage Fossil watch in for a battery change. The lady changed the battery, and told me there was no movement. I brought it to a watch repair store and was told that the watched was damaged by Goodtime Jewelers when attempting to change my battery. DO NOT LET THEM DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY.

Went in to see about getting a watch fixed/serviced. The lady I dealt with was very rude. I told her the watch won’t keep time as the wider fell off and after I put it back on it still didn’t work. She asked if it had a battery and I said “no it’s an automatic” but she insisted it had a battery after I told her multiple times I’ve already tried to fix it myself and I know there’s not a battery as it’s an automatic watch.
