Grabbed their Wagyu beef brisket last weekend and had it for dinner the other night and it was absolutely fantastic. It was the most tender and flavorful brisket I have ever had. It wasn't cheap but we know Wagyu is expensive and it was well worth the price. Also grabbed a delicious breakfast sandwich with egg, grilled cheese and short rib. It was so decadent and filling. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu. Nice people there too!
Gustav and Paige really are putting Chicago on the map with their menu. The Chicago style Brat was fantastic, the spice from the giardinera and the sweetness from the BBQ sauce is the perfect marriage of sweet and heat. The Mac and cheese is nothing to sneeze at. Buttery, cheesy, and the cavatapi is the correct choice. Run, don’t walk. They do catering and I’ll be considering them for catering in the very near future. P.S phone didn’t eat first
I just ate here today, and it was the best brisket I've ever had. I'm probably going to get this guy to cater my wedding. Give him a shot, it will not be regretted.
