Goodspace is a terrific company to work with - I couldn’t recommend them more. They recently completed a new two-story ADU in my backyard in Sacramento on a very small site and did a fabulous job. I am thrilled with their work and the finished product - a premium, energy-efficient, beautiful space complete with unique finish details and incorporating reclaimed materials. The team exemplifies great customer service and was always responsive. They were good friends by the end of the one year build.

Just finished our second job with GoodSpace and could not be happier with the results. The first was a garage conversion, then straight into a kitchen remodel. Work was meticulous, the team were all incredibly talented and easy to have around the house working, folks they contracted with to do parts of the job were incredibly high quality. The things that truly stood out was the strong communication - we always knew what was going on. And they were on time and within budget on both jobs. Highly recommend.
I am so happy we worked with GoodSpace. They had done great work on a family member's ADU and really delivered for us, too. Thanks to them, we are saving money on our energy bills and the air quality inside our home is now better than anywhere we have ever lived in.
