Let me preface this review with, I don’t usually EVER feel compelled to negatively rate a company. This is a first for me. That’s how bad this company is in my opinion. Goodson Group staff are very unresponsive, and very unprofessional… especially as you’re about to move out. I made numerous phone calls during my year lease about issues at my residence and never received one call back. When I did finally talk with someone my concerns were never dealt with, not once. If you want to deal with an unprofessional, shady, borderline criminal organization that will con, lie and steal to get over on their tenants, then this is the place for you.
It was a pleasure doing business with the group. Their office personal does an outstanding job! Recommend!
