Michael, Adam, and Cesar were all excellent and their customer service. I recently had an auto accident and they were so helpful to my wife and I in helping me get a new vehicle. In fact they stayed after closing to help me finalize the sale of my vehicle working around my busy coaching schedule and be able to pick it up after my game. I had an excellent experience with Goodson Dallas while my Acura MDX was being repaired. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and very accommodating. The repair process took about six days, and during that time they provided me with a complimentary vehicle, which made a huge difference in keeping my daily routine uninterrupted. 15k miles on my vehicle and while I didn’t purchase my car from Goodson it was the most convenient service location. In general service was ok up until I had to test them on warranty support of Official Acura installed accessories. The claim is that I would have to return to the dealer I purchased the car from to warranty the accessories. When pushed as to why this would be the case they claim that non- factory installed accessories only have a 1 year/12k warranty.
