He will discuss the problems he has found and if asked, he can offer various recommendations on how best to address these problems. He has been in the industry for some time and has a good network of referrals. He offers to maintain contact if he could be of further service regarding questions about any aspect of the Home inspection and ways to correct competently. I highly recommend.
Tim did a great job! Tim did a great job on very short notice, during a holiday week. His report was thorough and easy to understand. I was not able to accompany him during the inspection but could still figure out where the items which needed attention were located in the house. I would use his services again if the need arose.
