We have recommended dozens of our hunters take their animals to Goods as we had taken a couple of lambs to be butchered and were happy with them. We took a big, beautiful young cow elk to Goods last fall as we don't have much time for processing and we received maybe 2/3 of the elk back (generous estimate) and mostly turned into hamburger with A LOT of beef fat added.
