I have used Goodrich for over 20 years. Until recently they had been responsive and professional. A little less than five years ago they re-roofed prior to the installation of a solar power system. After some heavy rains last month I had a small leak in the living room. I called Ricardo Sanchez and as has happened in the past he showed up promptly. Very open and professional. Ricardo and his team know what they are doing from long experience. I first used them for a repair to delay re-roofing. Then, two years later, the new foam replacement roof was a display of excellent teamwork and skill. Follow-up after two years -- The foam was a good choice. Annual maintenance has been minimal. Well done and timely after air conditioning installation made a minor disruption.
