Terrible 8 month ordeal that's still not correct. Lied to, yelled at by owner, put off for 8 months and threatened with lean on house. $12k later and now paying other companies to finish their work. pretty sad work ethics and lack of attention to detail.

Spent thousands of dollars to have a new roof put on, and now the skylight is leaking in the bedroom and I have damaged drywall less than 7 months later. Their Better Business Bureau rating means nothing. Stay away from these people, or at least away from sales rep John!
Residential customer with roof replaced in March, now leaking in the bedroom. Their answering service is really nice, though - pity the roof is not.
Our roof is ALMOST 3 years old and leaking but they won't even come and LOOK AT IT because we failed to do some paperwork that we were un aware of 2 years ago. Thanks Goodrich
Scheduled Goodrich for an estimate. They said they would call 30 minutes prior to the appointment. No call at the time they promised ***and they never showed up!*** What is so damn difficult about calling someone on time? And what is so difficult about showing up on time?

I was referred to Goodrich Roofing by a very good friend of mine. She had her roof replaced and he dad had also used Goodrich. When her salesperson, Jeff was at her home, she gave him my contact information. He called me as soon as he left her place and we agreed to meet the next day. Jeff showed up on time, we talked about my concerns with the roof; I had lost a lot of shingles during a wind storm in the spring. He went up and inspected the roof and took measurements.
