Nothing but trouble. We hired them for a tile roof. They stripped the roof completely then disappeared for ten days during the rain. The result was damage to ceilings in our already redecorated home. They then sent a shingle team to install tile. The job was done incorrectly requiring a reroof by the appropriate team. The resultant work was poorly done requiring continuous repairs by another roofing company. Worst experience ever!!! $12,000.00, eight month long nightmare, and the job still isn't right, finished or correct. The owner yelling at me on the phone and hanging up on me twice set the tone for what I knew was going to be a bad office visit, and it was. This "70 year company" has gone way down in quality to the point that nobody at their business even cares. Terrible 8 month ordeal that's still not correct. Lied to, yelled at by owner, put off for 8 months and threatened with lean on house. $12k later and now paying other companies to finish their work. pretty sad work ethics and lack of attention to detail.

Scheduled Goodrich for an estimate. They said they would call 30 minutes prior to the appointment. No call at the time they promised ***and they never showed up!*** What is so damn difficult about calling someone on time? And what is so difficult about showing up on time?
