I've been purchasing my glasses at Goodrich Optical for 20 years and would never go anywhere else thanks to the great customer service I receive from the awesome staff. Also, Dr. Bosak is an excellent Optometrist.
I took my daughter here to get contacts/glasses. The eye doctor was very nice and took his time with us. And had no problems until I went to have my daughter fitted for her contact lenses, the lady who does the fitting was very rude. I was told I could stop in after 3 pm any day to have my daughter fitted. I stopped in on a Friday after noon and the lady said " You can not just come in you must have an apt to have her fitted and then she will have to have a follow up with the Dr. and you have a balance of 10.00!"
