My doctor sent them a prescription a week ago, and I have yet to hear anything from them. I tried calling them and it goes to a voicemail box that doesn’t even identify who they are. It simply says "this is the General mailbox, leave a message." I’m not going to leave a message regarding my medication in some general mailbox that doesn’t identify the business in case the phone number posted on Google is not correct. This is unprofessional! My beloved pharmacist, I been with him over #20 yrs. when I lived in Dearborn!! I moved to Westland/Inkster & I wouldn't never leave him, his dedication and loyalty, keeps me alive!!!🤣 As a Senior, he tells me how to take my meds & any questions, I have, he gets me educated. We also talk about life!! I wouldn't trade him in for no drug stores ever!!!🤣💯 If you call him, he will call you back, he be busy helping his customers, he is by his self!!! My doctor recommended this pharmacy.The only way you can get in touch with anyone.Here is , if you drive all the way to dear barn heights , they continuously hang up on you when you're trying to To speak to someone. About a pickup. maybe They should. get an answering machine for a call back..
