If you need oral surgery DO NOT hesitate to use Goodove. I was like many if you. Petrified of Dental surgery of any kind. My surgeon, Dr. G put me at easy from the initial consultation. He told me what he was going to do and his concerns. Yes, I considered canceling but didn't want to live with my issues. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Goodove and his entire team. My family and I have had multiple procedures done here, including an extraction for a teenager, and every experience has been handled with care and professionalism. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable and informed about every step. Chesapeake staff was very lovely. One of the few offices that answer the phone almost everytime I’d call. Accommodated me when I wasn’t doing so well financially and I am so grateful for that. My son had his procedure and came out happy not only because of the laughing gas lol but because the dentist was as gentle as possible and kind to him. Would definitely recommend this office to everyone in need of an oral surgeon!
The doctor and nurse were both very accommodating and encouraging. It was my first time having any form of surgery and they made me feel very comfortable and secure. Post care instructions were clear and easy to understand.
I only give 5 stars if they genuinely deserve them. One of my sons went there for a minor extraction which only needed laughing gas. I was only there for about 20 min before he came back out smiling. Took my 14yr old yesterday to get his four wisdom teeth pulled out & they provided excellent care I called after returning home because he mouth was still bleeding they returned my call immediately with instructions on how to stop the bleeding.
