these people are scammers and liars. they will make you go through the application process, tell you that you’re approved, take your money, and then tell you that you’re denied AFTER setting utilities up and getting billed for everything. you can’t even tour the apartment unless you apply AND get approved. you thieves can go to hell. side note: they make you start up all of your utilities before you’re even remotely close to moving in. take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache
