Loved the customer service. Never felt so catered to in a jewelry store. family owned which makes it even better. Would definitely recommend this place for an engagement ring.

Really really really love my watch that I bought here! The female staff was very helpful and I definitely recommend her. She showed me their selection of watches and then showed me a book full of different watches that I could choose from. and they all come with really good warranties. If you are wanting to support a local jewelry store then i definitely recommend goodno's.

Goodno's Jewelry sold me the ring I proposed to my wife with. Eight or nine months later, two of the diamonds FELL OFF of the ring. When we took it in to the store, they made it a point to tell us that it was our fault before they even looked at the ring. Then they told us they would charge us a third of what the ring cost to replace it. I asked for the ring back and said that I would like to get a quote elsewhere.
