My son had a sleep study appointment. I had to stay because he is a minor which I had no problem but the lack of customer service is disappointing. They expected me to sit on a chair all night while I waited for my son. Then a tech named Rebecca if that’s her real name! Got all rude and upset bcs I asked if they had like a folding mattress or something where I can lay down or something! Awful experience

I've been there about 6 times now, I'm needing to go again, apparently I have a rare form of Sleep Apnea, so there needs to be a specialist. They cancelled my appointment last week and haven't done anything to get me in. I've been the one calling & doing what I need to do. Don't believe Luis (manager) when he says he'll call back. You'll never hear from him unless he calls to cancel your appointment....

I was referred by my PCP for them to test me for sleep apnea. I had no problem sleeping with the hardware on. I did have sensors come loose twice during the night, but Gina came in and reattached them without disturbing me too much. I do have sleep apnea and will be returning to explore possible remedies. I thought the bed was very comfortable. The room temperature was good. And bathrooms were very clean and easily accessible.
