I slept comfortably and the staff was very sweet to me , OMG the machine helps me out tremendously I get a better quality of sleep. I can go to sleep with a stuffy nose and when I wake up in the morning with the machine I can breathe through my nose. Thank you very much for helping me with my sleep apnea you guys are amazing...
Unprofessional people work here horrible experience don’t go here! And the room smelled and very raunchy looking the carpet was all stained and had glitter on the carpet Like someone’s nail polish fell off their toes or something..! I gave no stars They didn’t even know I left walked right out of there unbelievable and they didn’t even call to see where the heck I went Don’t go here!”
It wasn't so bad. The thing that got me was the people would back their cats up into the parking spaces. I couldn't quite grasp that one.
My son had a sleep study appointment. I had to stay because he is a minor which I had no problem but the lack of customer service is disappointing. They expected me to sit on a chair all night while I waited for my son. Then a tech named Rebecca if that’s her real name! Got all rude and upset bcs I asked if they had like a folding mattress or something where I can lay down or something! Awful experience
