Worst sleep center in the IE. Prepare to wait more than 2 hours to get hooked up, if they even ever get to you. Avoid this location.
I had a wonderful experience at Goodnite Sleep Solution in Upland! As it was my first sleep study, I was quite nervous, but the staff truly went above and beyond. I received a very warm greeting from Nico, who guided me through the initial check-in process with care. The facilities were impressive—the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Iv had a sleep study here twice. They schedule your appointments same day or asap. Thats was incredible. The people who work there make you very comfortable w the experience. I struggle greatly w sleep. I do suggest bringing your own blanket. Its pretty chilly in there. Also maybe bring an eye covering garment if you dont like to see a nighlight when you sleep. It was a very interesting ordeal..but this office was profficient in every way 👍
Im very happy being a patient here. The staff was really friendly and helpful answering all the questions I asked. I have no complains. This was my first time going the whole team was awesome the wait time was briefly and their level of care and knowledge is excellent. Samantha was my tech accommodate me attentively, they were very polite and understanding.
I wouldn’t recommend this facility, I had a bad experience with them, I will reach out to the Dr office who send me to this facility and question them. The story start when Me and my wife came for my two kids sleep study, one tech said “parent can sleep with their kids” since she give our room to another patient and the 2nd tech said No “it will disturb the sleep study”.
