This clinic takes advantage of the people they are supposed to help. They have charged my card without applying insurance. I have been waiting on a refund for weeks. The “front desk” team is so unprofessional and unhelpful. It feels like money laundering. I will never return to them for any services. The doctor herself is the only reason there is one star, but her staff is bottom of the barrel terrible.
I should have read reviews before booking an appt. Please save yourself the hassle if you really want to be helped/healed and not taken advantage of, look elsewhere. They're only concerned about money. One of the reasons I choose them is because they mentioned having a sliding fee if you qualify...$100 is steep for someone with no income and also to only have a 5 min phone call for an appt is pitiful. If I could leave a zero star, I would. They have terrible professionalism, and they will scam you. I went to 2 appointments and they took money out of my account for different amounts each time. When I spoke to them about the matter they acted as though that was my co-pay. Like I was the dumb one. Please stay far away from this place and don’t trust them.
