Had my 1st appointment with Samantha same day I located her on Google Business Search. She went beyond to accommodate me and I really Completely VALUE & RESPECT her work tenacity. Following a very satisfied service I prebooked for the next appt. Nice ambiance, she is very passionate & thorough with her talents. Her personality was down to earth and infectious. She also having the same exact birthday as my 9 yr old niece is pretty cool and I already see parallels with their personality traits.

Sam gets it! I always come with a million different inso pics and she gets it every.single.time! Not only is she super artistic and creative with designs, but her attention to detail means it will be the perfect mani each time! I'm obsessed and won't go anywhere else in the Cleveland area.
